๐Ÿ“ฆ How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, select the weight (250g, 500g, or 1kg), click "Add to Cart", then click the "Cart" button in the top right. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation with an ID.

๐Ÿšš What is the delivery area?

We currently deliver within 4โ€“5 km radius of Chunavati, West Bengal (PIN 711109). If you live nearby, we'll deliver fresh vegetables to your doorstep.

๐Ÿ’ฐ What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

โฐ What are the delivery timings?

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered the same day (between 4 PM โ€“ 7 PM). Orders after 11 AM are delivered the next morning (9 AM โ€“ 11 AM).

๐Ÿฅฌ Are the vegetables fresh?

Yes! We source directly from the local market every morning. All vegetables are handpicked and delivered the same day to ensure maximum freshness.

๐Ÿ”„ Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please call us at +91 98765 43210 or WhatsApp us. After the order is processed, changes may not be possible.

๐Ÿท๏ธ Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! For bulk orders (above 5 kg of a single item), please contact us directly for special pricing. We also offer weekly subscription discounts.

๐ŸŒฟ What if I receive damaged or spoiled produce?

We take quality seriously. If you receive any damaged or spoiled items, please take a photo and contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
